Categories we partner in
Five Categories. Small, Deliberate Panels.
Boutique-wellness venues
Pause Weekend retreat properties. Soundproofed rooms, separate solo zones, mediator-trained staff, food calibrated to the work. Long-term arrangements with partial space redesign.
Mediators
Family mediators registered with state mediation councils, with a background in social work, psychology, or law. Empanelled, paid on retainer, accountable to Partlee.
Translators
Hindi to English, English to regional, regional to regional. Used for bilingual drafting, prenup translation, and Private multi-jurisdictional matters.
Notaries and stamp coordinators
Notaries, stamp-paper coordinators, registrar-office liaisons across major jurisdictions. Work alongside the empanelled advocate, not instead of them.
Allied professionals
Forensic accountants, asset valuers, parenting-plan consultants, and similar. Curated for high-complexity matters, especially Private engagements.
Adjacent platforms
Selective integrations with adjacent platforms, e.g., e-signature, document custody, and identity verification. Always under DPDP-compliant data agreements.
How partnerships work
Long-Term, Not Transactional.
01
One agreement per category, per region
We partner with a small number of vendors per category, per region. Once a partnership is signed, the panel slot is held for a multi-year horizon. We do not switch vendors lightly.
02
Bespoke commercials
Each category has its own commercial structure. Venues are paid on a long-term retainer plus per-couple fee. Mediators are on monthly retainer. Translators and notaries are paid per task. Bespoke per partnership.
03
Mediator-trained operations
For venue partnerships, your operations team is briefed by Partlee on what these weekends are. We train reception, housekeeping, and kitchen on discretion, food calibration, and quiet check-in protocols.
04
No exclusivity, no white-labelling
We do not ask for category exclusivity. We do not white-label your service. Your brand stays yours; Partlee handles only the matter-coordination layer.
Onboarding process
Five Steps, Quietly.
01
Proposal
Tell us about your venue, practice, or service. Region, capacity, references, prior client base. We respond within 2 working days.
02
Site visit or work observation
For venues, we visit. For mediators, we observe sessions. For other categories, we review portfolios and references.
03
Design and operations brief
If we proceed, our partnerships team designs the integration brief: capacity, scheduling protocol, communication cadence, training plan.
04
Pilot bracket
A 90-day pilot. For venues, 3 to 5 retreats. For mediators, 5 to 10 sessions. Outcome quality, client feedback, and operational fit assessed.
05
Long-term partnership letter
On successful pilot, a multi-year partnership letter signed. Commercials confirmed, panel slot allocated, joint marketing terms agreed (if any).
