Refunds Policy

Effective from 2026-05-01. Refund terms differ per track. All approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Mutual Consent Divorce, Starting from ₹1,00,000

Within 7 days of payment and before any drafting begins: full refund minus Razorpay payment-processing fees. After drafting begins: pro-rata refund based on remaining scope, minus a coordination fee.

Partlee Private, Starting from ₹3,00,000+

Private engagements are governed by the bespoke engagement letter signed under NDA. Refund terms are negotiated and signed before any payment.

Prenuptial Agreement, Starting from ₹25,000

Within 48 hours of payment and before the joint drafting session: full refund minus Razorpay payment-processing fees. After the session begins: no refund, but one re-scheduling allowed.

Online Mediation, ₹5,000 per session

If you have had fewer than two sessions and the fit is not right: full refund minus a coordination fee. After two sessions: pro-rata refund on remaining sessions. Single 1-hour sessions are non-refundable once the session is held.

Pause Weekend Retreat, Starting from ₹32,500+

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, full refund minus payment-processing fees. 50 percent refund 7 to 14 days before arrival. No refund within 7 days of arrival; the booking can be rescheduled once at no additional fee.

Statutory pass-throughs

Court fees, stamp duty, vakalatnama charges, and other statutory out-of-pockets are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority. The platform fee refund logic above applies to the Partlee fee only.
