Why we are building this
Most Legal-Tech Treats Marriage Trouble as a Transaction.
Fill the form. Pay the fee. Get the petition. Move on. The product is built around the paperwork, not the people. The aesthetic is courtroom-grey, the language is legalese, and the funnel quietly assumes everyone who lands there wants the same thing.
We do not think that is right. The person who lands on Partlee at 2am on a Tuesday might want a divorce. They might want a mediator. They might want to be safe. They might not know what they want yet. The product should meet all of them, with empanelled professionals behind it and absolute transparency on the file.
Partlee did not start from scratch. It is the matrimonial-practice division of the LawCrust group - LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd has spent years inside the legal industry and brought real innovation to it. We built matrimonial as its own division because the problem we cared about, holding relationships together and resolving disputes fairly, is bigger than any single legal matter and could not be solved through a purely legal lens. So Partlee is built on technology, deep research, and R&D, and when a matter needs a lawyer, it is handled by our own empanelled lawyers.
We built Partlee for that person, and for the professional firms that want to do this work properly.

Two partners from two different countries is not a problem we solve, it is a problem we expect. NRI matters, multi-jurisdictional prenups, spousal-visa coordination, and immigration advice are part of the product, not a tacked-on add-on.

We do not copy what other legal-tech does. The mediation retreat is a category nobody else in India runs because it requires actually caring about the room people are in.

Empanelled professional firms
Drafting, advocate review, filing, and representation are performed by empanelled firms and advocates under their own Bar Council enrollment. Partlee is the platform; they are the lawyers. Mediators are a separately vetted panel, paid on retainer.

Privacy is the product
DPDP-compliant from day one. Anonymised matter codes. Free-text scanned only for safety keywords, with disclosure. Clarity, not outcomes - we do not promise the marriage, we do not push toward divorce.
