Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective from 2026-05-01. Partlee Private Limited provides digital and professional services, not physical products. Nothing on this platform is shipped by courier or post. “Delivery” below means making a service or document available to you electronically, or, for the retreat, providing access on the booked dates.

How services are delivered

Everything you pay for is delivered online, to the account and email address you sign up with, and through your secure, anonymised matter file. No item requires a physical address, and we do not charge any shipping, courier, or handling fee.

Mutual Consent Divorce, Starting from ₹1,00,000

Access to the drafting tools is available immediately on successful payment. Drafts are saved to your account and can be downloaded at any time. Where an empanelled firm prepares or reviews a document, the typical turnaround is 3 to 7 working days per document, communicated in writing through your matter file.

Prenuptial Agreement, Starting from ₹25,000

The bilateral drafting suite is available immediately on payment. The joint drafting session is scheduled by mutual agreement, usually within 5 to 10 working days; the final agreement is delivered to both Parties’ accounts after the session.

Online Mediation, ₹5,000 per session

Sessions are conducted over secure video. After payment, a coordinator confirms your slot, usually within 2 to 5 working days, and the joining link is delivered to your email and account before each session.

Pause Weekend Retreat, Starting from ₹32,500+

For the in-person retreat, “delivery” is access to the booked stay on the confirmed dates at the partner property. Booking confirmation, the itinerary, and arrival details are delivered to your email and account on confirmation.

Partlee Private, Starting from ₹3,00,000+

Private engagements are delivered to the timeline set out in the bespoke engagement letter signed under NDA, coordinated by a single named point of contact across time zones.

Statutory and third-party steps

Some outcomes depend on courts, registrars, and other authorities, whose timelines are outside our control. We deliver our part - drafting, coordination, and counsel - on the schedules above and keep you updated in writing; we cannot guarantee the timing of any government or court action.

Delivery problems

If you have paid and not received access, a confirmation, or a scheduled session within the windows above, email hello@partlee.com with your matter code. We respond within 2 working days and make it right. Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refunds Policy.
