Stuck Together. Heard Apart.
When the same fight keeps returning, you do not need a winner. You need a third voice.
What goes unsaid at home
The Loudest Words Are the Ones You Cannot Say.
Hers, unsaid
“I want to be heard before I am answered.”
His, unsaid
“I want to be understood before I am corrected.”
Two voices. One room. Neither has to win.

A written outcome
At the end, a written reflection, kept by you. Often becomes the basis for an MoU, a plan to try again, or a clean step toward a §13B petition.

The empanelled panel
Every Mediator Is Vetted by Us.
Every mediator on Partlee is empanelled. Typically registered with state mediation councils, with a background in social work, psychology, or law. None of them practise as your divorce advocate; the legal panel is separate, deliberately.
We interview every mediator before they join the panel. We observe their sessions. We collect feedback after every engagement. We pay them on a structured retainer, not per case. If a mediator drops below our bar, they leave the panel.
No marketplace. No external referrals. End-to-end, by us.

Six Couples We Often See.
The drift
Couples who have grown apart
Years of small distances, no single event, but a real sense of not being in the same life. Mediation helps you say what has actually been happening.
The decision-makers
Couples deciding whether to file
One of you is leaning toward divorce; the other is not sure. A few sessions often clarify whether the marriage is over.
The settlers
Couples settling §13B terms
You have agreed it is ending. The hard part is the terms: maintenance, custody, property. A mediator turns negotiation into a structured conversation.
Co-parents
Couples with young children
Custody, visitation, education, holidays. Mediation produces parenting plans that hold up.
Long marriages
Couples 50+ ending long marriages
Pensions, the family home, adult children, healthcare continuity. Mediation can hold all of it better than litigation.
The undecided
Couples who don't know yet
Sometimes the goal is not a decision; it is clarity about whether a decision is even being made. Two or three sessions are often enough to know.
Fees
Quoted Privately, Per Matter.
Single sessions and the 3-session package are quoted privately after your short questionnaire. We confirm the figure in writing before any session is booked. Indicative ranges are published on our Pricing & Fees page.
