The platform commitments
Five Things We Deliberately Commit To.
No external referrals
Every advocate, mediator, and vendor on Partlee is empanelled. Vetted before joining the panel, paid through Partlee, accountable to us. Your matter never gets handed off to an arbitrary outside lawyer.
Anonymised matter codes
Inside the platform your file lives under a code, not your name. PII is revealed only at the engagement-letter and vakalatnama stage, off-platform, signed under the firm's own letterhead.
Weekly written status updates
Every Friday, your coordinator sends a written status update. What moved this week, what is next, what could go wrong. You always know where the file stands.
No per-lead commission, no per-conversion fee
Empanelled firms pay a platform subscription. We do not charge per-lead or revenue-share on settlements. Your matter is not sold as a lead.
Reconciliation never pressured
If you tell us you are unsafe, we do not suggest mediation. If you tell us you are done, we do not push retreats. Your decision, your pace.

Track checkout
When you pay for Self-Guided Divorce, Prenup, Mediation, or submit a Pause Weekend EOI, Partlee collects your contact details and matter information. Explicit DPDP consent before any data leaves your device.

Empanelled professional engagement
Self-Guided Divorce, Prenup, and Private matters carry an off-platform engagement letter and vakalatnama between you and the empanelled firm. Mediation matters carry a mediation agreement signed by both parties (bilateral, non-negotiable).

Engagement letter, vakalatnama, mediation agreement (both parties), confidentiality.

Private
Private engagements add a bespoke NDA signed before any payment. Engagement letter is drafted to the matter, not from a template.
What gets signed
NDA, bespoke engagement letter, separate billing entity (on request).
