Privacy Notice

Effective from 2026-05-01. Partlee operates under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 of India.

What we collect

We collect what is necessary to run your matter and complete your booking: name, contact details, basic matter information, and payment details processed by Razorpay. We do not collect more than we need.

How we use it

Your data is used to deliver the track you have purchased (Self-Guided Divorce, Private, Prenup, Mediation, Pause Weekend), to communicate with you about that matter, and to comply with statutory obligations.

Anonymised matter codes

Inside the platform your matter lives under a code, not your name. PII is revealed only to the empanelled firm or mediator handling your matter, off-platform, under their own statutory confidentiality.

Sharing and processors

We share data with empanelled firms, advocates, mediators, payment processors (Razorpay), and infrastructure providers acting under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data, do not run per-lead resale, and do not exchange data for marketing.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you have rights to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal. Email privacy@partlee.com with the subject line "DPDP request" and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Active matter data is retained for the life of the matter plus 7 years for statutory compliance. Anonymised matter outcomes may be retained longer for product analytics; PII is purged.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party analytics for product improvement. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. The platform is functional without analytics consent.
