What Partlee is

Partlee is a technology platform. We coordinate matters between users and empanelled professional firms, advocates, mediators, and curated vendors. On Partlee, the legal work and any legal advice come from enrolled advocates.

Tracks and fees

Tracks are Self-Guided Divorce, Partlee Private, Prenuptial Agreement, Online Mediation, and Pause Weekend. Each track is quoted privately, per matter, after a short questionnaire and confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. Indicative ranges are published on the Pricing & Fees page.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By submitting payment you authorise the charge for the track you have selected. Court fees, stamp duty, and other statutory out-of-pockets are passed through transparently.

Refunds

See the Refunds policy. Refund windows differ per track and are published on the Pricing page.

Empanelled professionals

Legal services are provided by empanelled firms and advocates under their own Bar Council enrollment. Mediation is provided by empanelled mediators on retainer. Engagement letters and vakalatnamas are signed off-platform between you and the professional.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate. Do not submit false matter information. Do not use Partlee to harass any other user, mediator, advocate, or firm. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Limitation of liability

Partlee's liability for any matter is capped at the platform fee paid by the user for that matter. Professional liability of empanelled firms, advocates, and mediators is governed by their own engagement letters.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
