Personalised Quotes, Published Terms.
Premium because the work is. Drafting, advocate review, filing, follow-up, and a coordinator who answers your calls. We do not chase volume. We do the matter properly the first time.
Quoted privately by your situation. A short questionnaire takes the income band, location, and the complexity of the matter into account. The fee in Mumbai is not the fee in Patna; nor is the fee on a child-custody contested matter the fee on a clean §13B. We tell you the band before we ask for the engagement.
No commissions, no resale. Empanelled firms pay a subscription to be on the platform. Your matter is not sold as a lead.
Faceless yet monitorable. Matter codes, weekly written updates, and a named coordinator. You always know where your file stands without sitting in a chamber.
Refunds
If Something Doesn’t Fit.
Self-Guided Divorce. Within 7 days of payment, before any drafting begins, full refund minus payment-processing fees. After drafting begins, pro-rata refund on remaining scope.
Mediation packages. If you have had fewer than two sessions and the fit is not right, full refund minus a coordination fee. After two sessions, pro-rata refund.
Pause Weekend. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. 50 percent refund 7 to 14 days before. No refund within 7 days, but the booking can be rescheduled once.
Prenup. Within 48 hours of payment, before the joint session, full refund minus payment-processing fees.
Private. Engagement letter and refund terms negotiated and signed before any payment.
