Matter intake brief
Each matter assigned to your firm arrives with an anonymised intake brief: jurisdiction, matter type, asset profile, language preference, and the Partlee coordinator's notes.
Drafting suite access
Your assigned associates use Partlee's bilingual drafting suite under the firm's branded workspace. Drafts versioned, comments tracked, exportable as DOCX or PDF.
Weekly status sync
The platform prompts a one-line status update from your associate every Friday. The Partlee coordinator extends it into the client-facing weekly note. Audit-trailed.
Anonymised matter codes
Client identity is masked behind matter codes inside the platform. PII is revealed only at the engagement-letter and vakalatnama stage, off-platform.
Multi-associate routing
Assign matters to specific associates, escalate to partners, route Private matters to senior counsel. Internal handover without losing the audit trail.
PAN-India coordination
If a matter needs counsel in another jurisdiction, the platform routes to a partner firm in our panel. You stay the relationship lead.

Annual platform subscription
A flat platform subscription, billed annually, depending on firm size and panel-opening count. The subscription buys panel placement; it does not buy preferential matter routing.

Per-matter professional fee
Self-Guided Divorce matters carry a scope-led professional fee per matter, paid out from Partlee's collection on a 30-day cycle. Private matters are quoted bespoke.

No per-lead, no revenue share
No per-lead fees. No per-conversion bonus. No revenue share on settlements. The fee structure is the same whether the matter is straightforward or complex.

Off-platform billing on request
For Private matters, billing can be routed off-platform to a separate firm entity. NDAs and engagement letters are negotiated outside the platform.
Empanelment process
Five Steps, Carefully.

Scoping call
A 30-minute call with the Partlee partnerships desk. We learn your practice, panel composition, jurisdictions, and matter capacity.

Mutual NDA and panel review
A signed NDA. We share platform internals, panel openings, and unit economics. You share BCI registrations, prior matter samples, and partner CVs.

Pilot bracket
A pilot of 3 to 5 matters over 60 days, observed by a senior Partlee coordinator. Outcome quality and update cadence assessed.
04
Empanelment letter
On successful pilot, we sign a 12-month empanelment letter. Subscription begins, dashboard access goes live, panel placement is confirmed.
05
Quarterly review
Quarterly review of matter volume, outcome quality, client feedback, and panel fit. Renewal is a conversation, not automatic.
