Integration Module, Advocates
Empanel as an Advocate.
For solo and chamber advocates building a family-law practice in India.
Take on Self-Guided Divorce reviews, contested filings, prenup reviews, and Private engagements through the platform. Personalised engagement scopes, regular matter flow, no upsell pressure on the client.
What you get
Matter Flow, Properly Briefed.
Pre-briefed matters
Every matter routed to you arrives with an anonymised intake brief from a Partlee coordinator. Jurisdiction, matter type, asset profile, language preference, mediator notes if any.
Drafting suite access
Review or draft using the bilingual drafting suite. Versioning, comments, exportable as DOCX or PDF, signed off under your Bar Council enrollment.
Predictable scheduling
The platform schedules client calls in your published availability. Updates land in batches every Friday. No 9pm WhatsApp pings unless you choose to receive them.
Language matching
Matters are routed by language preference. If you take Hindi, English, and Marathi, you receive matters across those languages. No more than your published bandwidth.
Anonymised matter codes
Client identity stays masked behind matter codes. PII reveals at engagement-letter and vakalatnama stage, off-platform, signed under your firm letterhead.
Private escalation
If a matter qualifies for Private, you can flag it for senior counsel handover or take it on yourself if you fit the senior-counsel bar.
Commercials
Quote per matter, scope-led. Nothing Else.
01
Annual subscription
A modest annual subscription for solo and chamber advocates buys panel placement. The subscription is materially lower than the law-firm tier; it is sized for individual practitioners.
02
Quote per matter, scope-led
Self-Guided Divorce matters carry a scope-led professional fee per matter, paid out on a 30-day cycle. Standalone advocate-review requests are quoted per scope, paid up front by the client.
03
No client upsell pressure
The platform does not ask you to upsell. Self-Guided Divorce is quoted privately to the client. If a matter genuinely needs full representation beyond the platform, that is a separate engagement under your firm letterhead.
04
Court fees and out-of-pockets
Court fees, stamp duty, and other statutory out-of-pockets are billed transparently to the client by the platform, on top of the engagement quote. You don't carry the float.
Empanelment process
Four Steps. Professional Vetting.
01
Application
A short application: BCI registration, jurisdictions of practice, languages, family-law years, prior matter sample on request.
02
Reference check
Two professional references, ideally including one judicial officer or senior counsel from your courts of practice.
03
Pilot review
A 60-day pilot of 2 to 3 matters, observed by a senior coordinator. Drafting quality, timeline adherence, client feedback assessed.
04
Empanelment letter
On successful pilot, a 12-month empanelment letter is signed. Subscription starts, dashboard access goes live, matters begin routing in your jurisdictions and languages.
